At age 45, I spent my days eating a junk food vegan diet and feeling incredibly uncomfortable in my own skin…

All I wanted was to lose weight, build lean muscle and most importantly regain my confidence and vitality for life...

Deep down, I knew I deserved the right to feel alive and energetic, but I didn’t know how to get my mojo back and feel comfortable in my own skin. I was at an all-time low.

But, seeing Jon help thousands of other vegans to not only survive but to thrive, gave me a sense of hope...

I Haven't Always Been In Shape...
The first workout I ever did, was a full-body workout. My girlfriend had just inspired me to start working out and to my surprise, I made some progress pretty quickly…
But, the quick progress I was seeing started slowing down…
I researched and found out that I needed to increase my training frequency & volume in order to keep making gains!

This definitely helped me, but ultimately, I knew I was missing something...
Shortly after this, I came across some bodybuilders on YouTube who were promoting ‘dirty bulking’...
This involved eating as much food (often junk!) as possible to try and pack on as much muscle as possible, as fast as possible...
After months of ‘dirty bulking’ and eating everything and anything, I had gained so much body fat that I had a dad bod while I was still in my 20s...
This was a huge wake-up call as this left me feeling unmotivated and very unhealthy, these extreme bulking & cutting diets even led me to develop a version of binge-eating disorder...
 
This prompted me to extensively research nutrition and shortly after, I began eating almost exclusively whole foods, while continuously perfecting my workout routine to optimize muscle gains without gaining loads of excess body fat…
By following this approach and staying consistent, I am in the best shape of my life, but more importantly, my health & energy levels are through the roof.
Since then, I have been able to keep my body fat low, while piling on pounds of plant-based muscle all year round and helping others to do the same!
